not much to say...

Haven't been doing much lately, staying in a lot, napping; napping is always good. We walk but not as much now that it's cold. When we walk we seem to run into these same three poodles, one black and two white. They don't seem to like anyone. They snarl at me and Holly even from across the street. They even snarled at our neighbor, Chappy, and Miss Chappy is one of the most easy going dogs you could ever meet. Anyway, we try to avoid them. I say just pee and move on.

Squeaky's house

Not long after our baths our people started asking us if we wanted to "go see Squeaky?". (Squeaky lived with us years ago before going up north to live with little girls who feed her ham and dress her in pink tutus.) I knew then that a trip up north was in store. They always ask Holly and me, over and over, if we want to go see Squeaky or Parky or our grandmothers or somebody before we go on a trip - that's how you can tell. So, finally, after several days of hearing "Do you want to see Squeaky?" over and over, we got ready to go. I couldn't wait any longer so I went and sat in the car while everyone else packed. I called dibs on the front seat with the round thing but they made me sit in the back anyway.

"Squeaky"

We drove all day and then there was Squeaky and her mom and the girls. We were all happy to see each other.

"It's good to be fluffy."

We played with Squeaky's friend Buddy.

He's kind of a ball hog.

One night I got to answer the door about a dozen times for some kids dressed even weirder than they normally dress and we gave them candy to make them go away.
We stayed a couple of days, we got petted a lot and we got to pee in a lot of new places and then we came home.

bath time

My people kept asking me if I wanted to take a bath last week so I figured they'd just fill up the tub in the house and I'd get a bath like the ones I'd had before, but not this time. First, this stranger came to the house and talked to my male human. She smelled like she knew a lot of dogs. Then we went for a walk but we didn't get far;

we went in this car thing but we didn't go for a ride or anything.

I wasn't too sure about this...

a bath in a car! people are so strange.

...drying-off was kinda fun but I like towels much better.

Holly got a car-bath too.
Later, to celebrate our surviving the car bath lady, we rolled each other around on the ground in the back yard.
